Yes, some items (and those that are out of stock) can be pre-ordered. You will see a "Pre-Order" option on the product page if this is available.

How can I place an order?
Browse our categories, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to log in or create an account to complete the purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, apple pay, gpay, and international cards (AMEX ...). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) provided.
How do I track my order?

Can I cancel, modify, or return my order?

Shipping and Delivery

What are the delivery options available?
We offer a standard delivery option within the state of Qatar. Delivery will be done within 24-48 hours from confirming the order on www.digitaldepot.qa Please refer to the “Delivery and Shipping” policy on our website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Digital Depot only delivers within Qatar. We are working on expanding our services to international locations in the near future.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Our quality assurance team will inspect all items before delivery to verify their quality and ensure proper packaging. However, and before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact our Customer Care at +974- 55666 974 or e-mail us at info@digitaldepot.qa mentioning your order reference number.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Certain products, such as beauty and personal
care goods, perfumes, underclothes & lingerie, and personalized items, may not be
eligible for returns. Products that are not eligible for returns will be clearly
highlighted on the product page.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refund amount will be credited to “My Wallet” for a registered user for future purchases. This will only happen after we receive the returned item in its original condition. The delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount before
credited to “My Wallet”.
