The DD Rewards program is designed to reward loyal customers for their purchases and engagement with the Digital Depot e-commerce platform. Customers can earn points for every purchase and additional actions, which can be redeemed for discounts, special offers, or exclusive products.

How It Works

1. Earning Points

• Purchases: Customers earn 1 point for every QAR 1 spent on the platform.
• First Purchase Bonus: Earn 50 bonus points for making your first purchase.

2. Redeeming Points

Discount on Purchases: Points can be redeemed for discounts at the following rates:

• 500 points = QAR 5 off
• 1,000 points = QAR 10 off
• 2,000 points = QAR 20 off

3. Program Features

• Real-Time Points Tracking: Customers can view their points balance on their account dashboard, with easy access to their transaction history.
• Expiration Policy: Points will expire after a period of 12 months.
