Return and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Digital Depot, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Returns
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +974-55666 974 or e-mail us at info@digitaldepot.qa mentioning your order reference number.
If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will issue a refund if we are not able to replace the merchandise. The refund amount will be credited to “My Wallet” with no additional charges. On the other hand, any replacement merchandise will also be shipped at no additional charges.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an unused item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:
- Certain products, such as beauty and personal care goods, perfumes, underclothes & lingerie, and personalized items, may not be eligible for returns. Products that are not eligible for returns will be clearly highlighted on the product page.
- Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, the refund amount will be credited to “My Wallet” for a registered user for future purchases. This will only happen after we receive the returned item in its original condition. The delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount before credited to “My Wallet”.
Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be refunded.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are incorrect in type or size.
Exchange is only available for items with an identical value to the merchandise being exchanged.
Exchange should be initiated through our website. Delivery charges will apply.

5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Fees within Qatar are listed in the below table:

Orders exceeding 200 QAR in value will be delivered free of charge.
We will be responsible for the delivery/shipping charges resulting from items sent by mistake (in type or size).
However, registered users will be responsible for paying for their own delivery/shipping costs when returning/exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
If you receive a refund to “My Wallet”, the cost of return delivery/shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please ensure the items are unused and in good condition with original tags and packaging intact.
